RETURN POLICY

We will only accept returns due to manufacturing defects or errors in filling an order

To make a return, you must notify us via e-mail, fax, or phone within 72 hours of receipt of the order. You will receive instructions and an official return authorization number.

All returns must be received back within 7 days of purchase date.
  • There are quality problems after opening the package due to manufacturing defect or damaged due to shipping (at seller’s discretion).
  • Products are different than on the order list.
  • There are obvious design flaws on the products.
  • Products are irreparably damaged during transportation.
  • Products cannot be used because of design problems.
Returned purchases are invalid under the following conditions:
  • Products can still be used even though there was some damage during transportation.
  • The returned purchase does not meet the conditions.
  • No claim is made up to 7 days after the customer has received the products.
  • Special ordered merchandise cannot be returned unless confirmed defective.

Note:

  • Returned products can only be exchanged with the same style of product, if it is out of stock, it will have to be exchanged with products of the same value.
  • Returned products should be undamaged and in their original packaging.

 

Returning Procedure:
  • Please provide the following information when returning the products:
    • products’ names or codes,
    • the problems encountered, and
    • your order record.
  • Goods return transportation fee will be borne by buyer.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged to all returns other than confirmed defective merchandise.
  • Please make sure to properly insure your return in case the product is damaged in delivery.

If a serious problem is found within 7 days of receiving the products, you should contact Customer Service and a representative will help you find a solution in 2 weeks time.
